Leighton Seys: My biggest advice to people, if you want to do something and you feel like you're not capable, start doing it somewhere. We all have a starting point. And if you never try, you can never grow. Failure isn't bad. Failure means you tried something and it might not work out. Try it a different way. Don't look at failure as something to be like, oh, this is awful. I failed. Like, I should never achieve these things. No, failure, you should be proud of failure. And I sincerely mean that. It means you tried something. Even if it didn't work, you tried it, which is amazing that you took the attempt to do it. And whether that, all failure also teaches you something.
