theChurch.digital exists to equip Christians to make disciples in digital spaces. Use the site and our resources in that spirit. Be honest, be kind, don’t break the law, and don’t misuse what we make.
Your account & communities
You are responsible for what you post and how you conduct yourself in The Fam, cohorts, and other communities. We can remove content or access that is abusive, deceptive, or harmful to others.
Content & intellectual property
Our guides, shows, course material, and brand are owned by theChurch.digital. You may share and reference them with attribution; you may not resell or rebrand them as your own.
Cohorts, giving & payments
Paid programs (like EDM) and gifts are processed through third-party providers. Refund terms for cohorts are stated at the point of enrollment. Gifts are generally non-refundable.
Third-party platforms
We connect you to Discord, WhatsApp, Twitch, and others. We don’t control those platforms and aren’t responsible for them. Their terms apply when you use them.
No warranties / limitation of liability
The site and resources are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, theChurch.digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
