Dr. John Harris didn't set out to plant a digital church — he set out to find the people the church had lost. By reframing his Facebook community 'Hearts Like His' as an online discipleship community, he was able to reach church refugees who would never re-engage with traditional models. Drawing on Josh Packard's landmark 2015 research, Harris explains how data gave him the courage to act on what he already sensed was true.
