Todd Wilson is co-founder of Exponential, the largest church multiplication conference network in the world, which he led as founding CEO before handing off leadership around 2024. He now serves as Executive Director of Passion for Planting and team leader of the Renew Movement, focusing on helping individuals discover their personal calling and mobilizing the broader church toward multiplication. He holds a B.S. in nuclear engineering from NC State and a graduate degree from Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, and has authored or co-authored books including Spark, Becoming a Level Five Multiplying Church (with Dave Ferguson), and More: Find Your Personal Calling.
