Steven Barr is the Vision Pastor of Cast Member Church, a global microchurch movement serving the 67,000+ employees of the Walt Disney Company across six continents and 12 languages, with hubs in Orlando, Anaheim, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. He is also the founder of CM Thrive, a mentoring community for current and former Disney Cast Members, and leads INNOVA, a coaching resource for pastors and church leaders expanding their Kingdom influence. A cultural futurist with 35-plus years of pastoral ministry experience, Steven is the author of Kingdom Influence and A Guide to a Life Beyond Imagination.
