Steve Pike is the founder of Next Wave Community and the former founding director of the Church Multiplication Network (Assemblies of God), which assisted in launching more than 4,000 new congregations across the US since 2008. He previously founded Urban Islands Project (now part of Next Wave), an initiative equipping leaders to start faith communities in underserved urban neighborhoods. He is the author of Next Wave: Discovering the 21st Century Church and co-author of Leading Church Multiplication with Dr. Tom Nebel, and speaks extensively on church planting in post-Christian cultural contexts.
