Rob Wegner is a founding Director of Kansas City Underground, a decentralized mission agency and network of microchurches and missional leaders committed to filling Kansas City with the good news of Jesus. He co-authored The Starfish and the Spirit: Unleashing the Leadership Potential of Churches and Organizations (Zondervan, 2021) alongside Alan Hirsch, Lance Ford, and Ori Brafman. Before leading KC Underground, Rob served as a teaching pastor at Granger Community Church for 21 years, during which he championed everyday mission and saw thousands engage in local and global redemptive movements.
