Rob Peabody is the co-founder and director of Awaken, a nonprofit that resources the church for action-oriented faith, which he founded in 2009 while pastoring a megachurch satellite campus in East Dallas. In 2011 he relocated to northeast London to pioneer fresh expressions of church reaching unreached young adults, work commissioned in partnership with the SBC's International Mission Board and the Church of England. He is the author of 'Citizen: Your Role in the Alternative Kingdom' and later founded and exited the volunteer-mobilization app VOMO. With Cris Rogers he co-wrote 'The Opportunity When The Church LEFT The Building' for The Church Digital during the 2020 lockdown. Cris Rogers is a Church of England priest who serves as rector of All Hallows Church in Bow, East London, where he was first an ordained pioneer minister before being licensed rector in 2015. He chairs the Spring Harvest Planning Group and is the author of numerous books, including the award-winning 'The Bible Book by Book' and 'Practising Resurrection.' With Rob Peabody he co-wrote 'The Opportunity When The Church LEFT The Building' for The Church Digital during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown.
