Rick Rusaw served for 28 years as Lead Pastor of LifeBridge Christian Church in Longmont, Colorado, growing it into a congregation with 1,000+ community volunteers. He co-authored The Externally Focused Church, The Externally Focused Life, and The Externally Focused Quest with Eric Swanson and co-founded the Externally Focused Network. After leaving LifeBridge, he joined the executive team of Gloo, a digital platform connecting Christian leaders, and leads the Spire Network.
