Matt Engel is a pastor, author, speaker, and Executive Director of Ministry Innovation at Gloo, a data platform that helps churches become more data-informed. Before joining Gloo, he served as a senior leader and adjunct faculty at Arizona State University, using data and analytics to improve student outcomes over a decade. He leads one of the largest networks of innovation-minded churches and authored the novel Fourteen Fridays. He also serves as a Research Fellow at Leadership Network.
