Lucas Pulley is the Movements Director on the executive team of Underground Network, a decentralized network of microchurches and missionaries in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. He leads a micro church in the Tampa Bay housing projects and has spent over a decade planting and directing microchurch networks. He holds a master's degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and is a writer, speaker, trainer, and coach focused on Jesus movements and incarnational ministry.
