Lee Coate serves as Executive Pastor at The Crossing, a Christian church in Las Vegas where he has led ministry for over 18 years. Alongside that role, he is President of Growmentum Group, a consulting and executive coaching organization he co-founded to help churches build strategic momentum. He holds a Master's in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, is StratOp certified through the Paterson Center, and is the author of Being Peter and Seasons of Life and Leadership.
