Jim Tomberlin is a nationally recognized multisite-church expert known as @MultiSiteGuy and church-merger specialist known as @MergerGuru. He founded MultiSite Solutions in 2005 after pioneering the multisite strategy at Willow Creek Community Church, and from 2019-2024 partnered with Tony Morgan and The Unstuck Group before continuing as an independent consultant. He is the author of 'Better Together: Making Church Mergers Work' (with Warren Bird) and '125 Tips for Multisite Churches.' For The Church Digital he wrote on best practices of highly effective online communicators.
