Heidy Tandy serves as Senior Director of Discovery at Stadia Church Planting, where she draws on 18 years of experience in higher education and church leadership to help prospective planters discern their calling, competencies, and readiness. She and her husband Josh planted Movement Church in Newport, Kentucky in 2014. She is passionate about empowering women in church planting through Stadia's Bloom community and has spoken at Exponential conferences on the topic.
