Greg Aukerman spent over a decade at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati as Director of Online Community and later as Oakley Community Pastor, where he built and led one of the most-discussed micro-church and watch-party networks in the megachurch space. He helped launch multiple campuses before returning to lead the broadcast location. He later transitioned to TiER1 Performance as Senior Consultant in Communications Strategy. He appeared on The Church Digital Podcast discussing micro-churches and the strategy of gradually returning congregants to physical buildings post-COVID.
