Doug Parks is the Co-Founder and CEO of Intentional Churches, a church consulting and coaching organization he built alongside Bart Rendel after 17 years as Executive Pastor at Canyon Ridge Christian Church in Las Vegas. He is co-author of Intentional Churches: How Implementing an Operating System Clarifies Vision, Improves Decision-Making, and Stimulates Growth. His work centers on giving churches a practical operating framework to break through growth ceilings and align teams around mission. He appeared on The Church Digital Podcast discussing the concept of church as platform and moving beyond institutional models.
