Dave Ferguson co-founded Community Christian Church with his brother Jon in 1989, growing it into one of America's most influential multi-site missional churches. He is CEO and President of Exponential, a global church-planting and multiplication movement, and was the visionary behind NewThing Network, which merged with Exponential in April 2025. Ferguson is the award-winning author of multiple books including Hero Maker, B.L.E.S.S., and On the Verge (co-authored with Alan Hirsch), and speaks internationally on church multiplication, missional strategy, and digital ministry.
