Danielle Hicks (also known as Dani Hicks) served for over 11 years as a pastor at Elevation Church in Charlotte, NC, including roles as Campus Pastor, Associate Pastor, Generosity Pastor, and Online Pastor. She was Elevation's first Watch Party Pastor, pioneering infrastructure and strategy for their watch party network that allows people to experience worship and community in smaller, personal settings. After leaving Elevation staff, she moved into church consulting, preaching, and discipling female communicators and leaders.
