Brett Talley is an ordained minister (Church of God, Anderson) who served over 11 years as a student pastor before joining Orange, where he worked as a Student Specialist and rose to SVP of Staff Culture and Development. He co-authored The Art of Group Talk: How to Lead Better Conversations with Teenage Guys (2018) and is a speaker on youth ministry, organizational health, and digital presence for teens. He departed Orange in February 2025 and is exploring his next chapter.
