We live in an age where lukewarm Christianity and double standards are taught very highly. And I hope to, my hope with at least anything I do on mine is to break the lukewarm double standard Christianity. We're not perfect. We're all falling short. We all live in sin. All of us have a story. All of us have a past. None of us are perfect, yet God loves us all the same. I don't expect anyone in my stream to be perfect. I don't expect anyone in my life to ever be perfect. Heck, I am the furthest thing from a perfect human being ever. Yet I, as someone that grew up feeling unloved, grew up with a kind of church hurt, like if God can love me and I can learn to love myself like God loves me, I in turn want to love other people that same way because people need the Father's love and people just need people to love them.
